Your trust is the foundation of this business. This policy explains, in plain English, what information we collect on securewithgreg.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We are an independent insurance agency based in Kalamazoo, Michigan, serving retirees and pre-retirees.

When you fill out a form (retirement quiz, income calculator, playbook or cheat-sheet request, webinar registration, or a booking request), we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, and, if you choose to share it, your phone number and answers to planning questions.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we may collect basic technical data such as your device type, browser, referring page, and pages viewed. If website analytics are enabled, this may involve cookies or similar technologies (see Section 6).

2. How we use your information

• To send you the guide, report, cheat sheet, or webinar link you requested.
• To respond to your questions and schedule the free retirement review you asked for.
• To prepare for and follow up on your consultation with Greg.

We use your information only for the purposes above and for running our insurance practice. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

3. Email and text (SMS) communications

If you provide your phone number, you agree that Greg or his team may call or text you about the specific request you made (for example, sending a webinar link, confirming an appointment, or answering a question), plus occasional reminders. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.

4. How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only in these limited situations:

• Service providers. We use a customer-relationship platform (Roithink) and email/scheduling tools to manage inquiries and appointments. These providers process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• Insurance carriers. Only if and when you choose to apply for a product, and only the information needed for that application.
• Legal requirements. When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

5. How we protect your information

This site is served over encrypted HTTPS, and we use reputable providers with industry-standard safeguards. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you entrust to us and limit access to those who need it.

We may use privacy-respecting analytics (such as Google Analytics) and, if advertising is active, a marketing pixel (such as the Meta pixel) to understand how the site is used and to measure ad performance.
